The Disney Wonder in New Orleans

Went out to watch the first departure of the Disney Wonder out of the Port of New Orleans on 2/7/20. Can't wait to get on the ship in a couple of weeks! We'll have a podcast episode to recap the trip.

Haunted Mansion Wallpaper

With Halloween coming up, I wanted to share this photo I took that I use as wallpaper on my computer at this time of year. I took this image in 2006, when the Haunted Mansion plaque was on the left column and could get this shot. Now, there's a warning/advisory sign on that column. I... Continue Reading →

EPCOT during WDW's 15th Anniversary Celebration

All this news about the start of Disneyland's 60th anniversary celebration this weekend made me dig through my photos, and I found this one of Epcot during Walt Disney World's 15th Anniversary Celebration. This was taken in June 1987 during our family trip.

Lights of Winter at EPCOT

The Lights of Winter are no longer part of Epcot's Christmas celebration, which is a shame. They were wonderful to watch and walk through, with the Christmas Tree at the end. I took this photo on Thanksgiving Day, 2006.

Haunted Mansion

Here's a picture of the Haunted Mansion from 2006 that I processed through Photomatix. I'm getting in the Halloween spirit.
